Terms and Conditions

WiseWood, LLC Programs and Services

Please read carefully. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program, membership, digital product, workshop, event, call, or service offered by WiseWood, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), operating under the brand name SoulZen Studios, you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). The Company and you may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”

These Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to: Reinvention Immersion, Reinvention Studio, Living Your Reinvention, one on one guiding, and any future WiseWood, LLC programs delivered via Kajabi or other platforms.

If any specific program page, checkout page, or written addendum contains terms that differ from this Agreement, the program specific terms control for that program.

1. Programs and Services

The Company provides educational, reflective, and guiding experiences that may include:

  • Digital content, videos, audio, and written resources

  • Guided reflections, worksheets, prompts, and frameworks

  • Optional live or recorded Q&A calls

  • Optional private or group sessions

  • Access to a guide team or facilitators

  • Community or forum spaces when offered

Offerings may be self guided, lightly facilitated, or guided. Details of what is included are described on the web page or checkout page for the specific offering.

2. Scope and Nature of Work

All offerings are educational and reflective in nature and are intended to support clarity, integration, and intentional decision making.

The Company’s offerings are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis services, and they do not replace licensed mental health or medical support.

You acknowledge that no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results vary based on individual participation, context, and responsibility.

3. Eligibility

Offerings are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By enrolling, you confirm you are at least 18.

4. Access, Duration, and Updates

Access length varies by offering and is described at checkout or on the sales page. Some programs have a defined access period (example: 12 months). Memberships are active only while payments remain current.

The Company may update content, structure, or resources over time. Access to updates is provided only during your active access period. No promise of lifetime access is made unless explicitly stated in writing for that specific offering.

5. Guidance, Facilitators, and Support

Some programs include live calls, Q&A sessions, or guide support. Participation in live components is optional unless explicitly stated.

The Company may assign you to a guide or facilitator. Direct access to any specific person may be intentionally limited. You agree that program support may be delivered by the Company or by approved guides aligned with the Company’s framework.

One on one guiding, if offered, may be a separate purchase governed by a specific addendum.

6. Participant Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Your own participation and engagement

  • Your choices, actions, decisions, and results

  • Seeking appropriate professional support when needed

If you are experiencing acute distress, crisis, or a mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or a licensed provider.

7. Payment, Billing, and Non Payment

You agree to pay the fees stated at checkout.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments unless a refund is approved under the applicable refund policy for that specific offering.

Membership Billing

If you enroll in a monthly membership, your payment method will be charged automatically on the renewal schedule shown at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Non Payment

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, the Company may suspend or terminate your access until the account is brought current.

8. Refund Policy Framework

Refund eligibility varies by offering and is described in the applicable program addendum and or checkout terms.

Unless a specific refund policy is stated for a specific offering, all sales are final.

If a refund is approved, access to that offering terminates immediately and you must stop using all materials.

9. Chargebacks

You agree to contact the Company first with any billing questions. Filing an unjustified chargeback or chargeback threat may result in immediate termination of access and may be treated as a violation of this Agreement.

10. Intellectual Property and License

All content provided by the Company is the Company’s intellectual property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non transferable license for your personal use only.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from Company materials.

AI and Recording

You may not upload Company materials into public AI tools or systems to train models or generate derivative content. You may not record calls or sessions unless explicitly permitted in writing.

Violation of intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

11. Confidentiality and Community Standards

If any offering includes community spaces, group calls, or shared discussions, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants. Do not share others’ names, stories, or content outside the program.

You agree to communicate respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory behavior, or disruptive conduct is not permitted. The Company may remove any participant for conduct that harms the container or other participants.

The Company cannot guarantee the behavior of all participants and is not liable for participant conduct in community spaces.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to the Company’s Privacy Policy. If you do not have a published Privacy Policy yet, I recommend adding one inside Kajabi and linking it from all checkouts.

13. Disclaimers

The Company does not provide legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. Any examples, stories, or teachings are for educational purposes only.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your participation or inability to participate.

If liability is found, damages are limited to the amount you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.

15. Termination

The Company may terminate access if you violate this Agreement, misuse materials, or engage in harmful conduct. Termination may be without refund.

Upon termination, you must cease use of all program materials.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

PROGRAM SPECIFIC ADDENDA

Copy and paste the relevant addendum into the checkout page for each offer, or link to it from the checkout.

ADDENDUM A

Reinvention Immersion Refund Policy

Identity reinvention requires presence, nervous system safety, and commitment. From the moment you enroll, your Guide holds emotional, energetic, intuitive, and logistical space for your arc.

Because of this, the Immersion does not operate like a traditional course. Your process begins as soon as you enter the container.

However, we honor the need for clarity at the beginning of the experience. We offer a 14 day conditional refund window, provided you submit within 14 days of purchase:

  • The completed Session One worksheet

  • A brief reflection answering:

    • After completing the Reinvention Nervous System Protocol, what did you notice in your body?

    • What shifted in your breath, nervous system, or emotional state?

  • A one page written reflection describing your experience with the work

Refunds will not be granted for lack of time, emotional discomfort, resistance or activation, self doubt, scheduling challenges, or avoidance of truth or change. These experiences are expected within identity reinvention.

Approved refunds are issued minus a $500 administrative fee to cover onboarding, administrative support, and non refundable processing costs.

ADDENDUM B

Reinvention Studio Membership Terms

Reinvention Studio is a monthly membership. Your membership renews automatically on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.

ADDENDUM C

Living Your Reinvention One Time Purchase

Living Your Reinvention is a one time purchase with access as described at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, one time purchases are non refundable.

ADDENDUM D

One on One Guiding Sessions

You may purchase either a single session or a three session package. Sessions must be used within six months of purchase. Unused sessions expire after six months and are not extended.

Scheduling occurs through Kajabi. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no shows are considered used.

One on one guiding purchases are non refundable unless required by law.
