I guide women through the space between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming.

 The Opening Recognition
There comes a point when everything looks fine on the outside, but something inside no longer fits.
You’ve built a life. A career. A version of yourself that works. And yet, beneath the surface, there’s a quiet knowing that something is shifting. Not a crisis. Not a failure. Just an awareness that who you are now can no longer be contained by who you’ve been.
This is the space my work holds.
My Story
My work emerged during a season of my own identity transition.
From the outside, I was accomplished, capable, and productive. From the inside, I was dismantling old definitions of success, leadership, and self trust that no longer aligned with who I was becoming. What I needed wasn’t another strategy or goal. I needed space. Language. A way to stay present without rushing myself forward.
That season gave rise to Step Into the Ether, my writing, and eventually the Reinvention Studio and Immersion experiences. What began as a personal inquiry became a body of work devoted to navigating change with integrity rather than urgency.
How I work
I don’t believe reinvention is something you force.
I believe it’s something you learn to stay with.
My approach honors the emotional, nervous system, and identity level shifts that meaningful change requires. Rather than pushing for clarity or action too quickly, this work creates room to notice what’s emerging, integrate it, and move forward when it feels aligned.
There are no quick fixes here. No pressure to become someone else. Just steady guidance for women who want their next chapter to feel true.
Who This Is For
This work resonates with women who are thoughtful, capable, and quietly searching.
Women who are not broken, but aware.
Women who sense they are crossing a threshold and want to move through it consciously.
Women who value depth over speed and alignment over performance.
If that feels familiar, you’re in the right place.
Grounded Authority
My background spans leadership development, creative practice, and reflective inquiry. I’ve spent years studying how identity, emotion, and meaning shape the way we live and lead, and I continue to integrate that understanding into everything I offer.
More than anything, this work is grounded in lived experience. I guide from within the process, not outside of it.

Stay Connected
Weekly reflections, letters, and insights for women navigating change.
If you’re not ready to step into a program right now, you’re still welcome here.
On Substack, I share Letters from the Ether — weekly reflections on identity, leadership, creativity, and the quiet moments of becoming that often go unnamed. These letters are a place to stay connected to the work, explore ideas at your own pace, and continue listening to what’s unfolding within you.
Everything there is free. No pressure. No next step required.
Just a steady rhythm of insight, reflection, and reminder that you’re not alone in this.
